Welcome to The Eva Fashion Shop, a fashion-forward platform powered by APVN Lifestyle Private Limited. We are committed to ensuring your order reaches you safely and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines our procedures, timelines, and terms to help you shop with confidence.

1. Serviceable Locations
We currently deliver across India through a network of trusted courier partners. If your PIN code isn’t serviceable, we will let you know at the time of checkout or after placing the order.

Note: International shipping is not available at the moment.

2. Order Processing Time
Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS once your order is placed successfully.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

Dispatch Time: Once processed, orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours.

In rare cases, such as bulk or custom orders, processing time may be extended. Customers will be notified in such cases.

3. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery usually takes:

Metro Cities: 3–5 working days

Other Cities/Towns: 5–7 working days

Remote/Interior Areas: 7–10 working days

Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier issues.

4. Shipping Charges
We strive to keep shipping affordable for all:

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999

Flat ₹49 Shipping Fee on orders below ₹999

Cash on Delivery (COD) may attract an additional ₹50 COD fee

Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched:

You will receive a tracking link via SMS/email

You can also track your order using the “Track Order” feature on our website using your order ID and email/mobile number.

6. Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times:

If undelivered after 3 attempts, the order will be returned to us.

We will contact you to reschedule delivery or initiate a refund (excluding any shipping/COD charges incurred).

7. Address & Contact Details
Please ensure that your shipping address, pin code, and contact number are accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete information.

8. Undelivered / Lost Packages
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

Contact us within 48 hours at our support email or helpline.

We will coordinate with the courier partner and resolve the issue within 3–5 working days.

9. Packaging
All orders are securely packed to prevent any damage during transit. If you receive a package that appears tampered with or damaged, please do not accept it and inform us immediately.

10. Bulk Orders / Custom Orders
For large, bulk, or customized orders, shipping timelines and charges may vary. Please contact our sales team for specific arrangements.
